Accidental Insurance
Accidental Insurance provides financial protection against accidental injury, disability, and death arising solely and directly from external, violent, and visible means. The policy is available for individuals as well as groups under Group Personal Accident Insurance. Coverage also extends to Terrorism Group Risk, including Riot, Strike, Malicious Damage, Sabotage, and Terrorism.

Understanding PTD & PPD
Permanent Total Disablement (PTD)
A condition where accidental injury results in complete and irreversible disability, preventing the insured from carrying out their normal profession or occupation. Examples include loss of both hands, both legs, complete blindness, or permanent paralysis.
Permanent Partial Disablement (PPD)
A condition where accidental injury results in permanent partial disability affecting the insured’s ability to perform normal occupational activities. Examples include loss of one hand, one leg, or hearing capacity.
Major Exclusions
The following situations are generally excluded from coverage:
Intentional self-injury.
Suicide or attempted suicide.
Injury occurring under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Travel in aircraft or hot-air balloons other than as a fare-paying passenger.
Participation in racing activities, motorcycle races, bungee jumping, or paragliding.
Participation in polo, hunting, scuba diving, mountaineering, or shooting sports.
Losses arising from insanity or mental disorders.
Injury resulting from violation of law by the insured person.
Nervous, emotional, or psychological conditions without external bodily injury.
